Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

By this official liquidator's report (OLR), the official liquidator is seeking a direction to permit Roopali S. Raut, a company-paid Senior Assistant, to visit foreign country.

The present OLR is necessitated in the backdrop of a memorandum dated 07.11.2000 issued by the Department of Personal and Training and also, in the backdrop of the fact that the said person is appointed as a company-paid staff under Rule 308 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 read with Rule 309 thereof and governed by the 'Company Paid Staff (Official Liquidator, Bombay) Service Regulation, 2015'. 4.

Having perused the report, this Court is convinced that such a direction can be granted.
