In this report, the Court Receiver has applied for discharge without passing accounts. The suit has already been decreed by an order passed on 21 March 2003, but the order of discharge of the Court Receiver was not was passed at that time. In view of the decree, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts, subject to the Plaintiff depositing all costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per the provisional statement of account to be submitted by the Court Receiver within four weeks from today. The costs of the report, awarded in the sum of Rs.3000/-, shall also be recovered from the funds available with the Court Receiver to the credit of the suit. Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
