This report is for discharge of the Court Receiver without passing accounts. The suit has already been dismissed for want of prosecution on 28 January 2008. In view of the dismissal of the suit, Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver by the Plaintiff, in accordance with the provisional statement of accounts to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of the report fixed at Rs.3000/- shall be recovered from the funds available with the Court Receiver to the credit of the suit. Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
