This report is for discharge of the Court Receiver without passing accounts. The suit has already been decreed on 19 April 1991 as against Defendant No.1 and dismissed on 23 December 1996, as against Defendant No.2 but no order of discharge of the Court Receiver was, however, passed on that date. In view of the decree, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver by the Plaintiff in accordance with the provisional statement of accounts to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of the report fixed at Rs.3000/- shall be recovered from the funds available with the Court Receiver to the credit of the suit. Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
