The Suit is in respect of certain assets of the deceased husband of the 1st Plaintiff, who is also father of the 1st Defendant. A material part of the cause of action has arisen in Mumbai. One of the Respondents is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted this Court would have jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit. Leave granted. 2.

The Petition is made absolute.
