This report is for discharge of the Court Receiver without passing accounts. By an order dated 28 January 1996, the suit was allowed to be withdrawn as settled out of the Court. However, no order for discharge of the Court Receiver was passed on that date. In view of withdrawal of the suit, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver by the Plaintiff in accordance with the provisional statement of accounts to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of the report fixed at Rs.3000/- shall be recovered from the funds available with the Court Receiver to the credit of the suit. The Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
