This report is for discharge of the Court Receiver without passing accounts. By an order dated 6 August 2008, the suit was dismissed as withdrawn. However, no order for discharge of the Court Receiver was passed on that date. In view of the withdrawal of the suit, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing accounts, but subject to the payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Receiver by the Plaintiff, in accordance with the provisional statement of accounts to be submitted by the Court Receiver within a period of four weeks from today. The costs of the report fixed at Rs.3000/- shall be recovered from the funds available with the Court Receiver to the credit of the suit. Court Receiver's report is disposed of accordingly.
