It appears from the record that the aforesaid petitions were listed on board on 07.08.2014 for final hearing and by the order of the even date were allowed. At the time of the final hearing, none appeared for the respondent-company and the said order was passed ex parte. The respondent-company thereafter moved Company Application Nos. 557 of 2014 and 572 of 2014 respectively for recalling the ex parte order dated 07.08.2014 and the said applications were allowed by an order dated 03.02.2017. None appeared for the petitioners on 03.02.2017. It further appears from the record that the petitioners are absent on subsequent 1/2
