By the above Writ Petition, the petitioners have impugned the increase in charges qua the use of transit accommodation from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 6000/- per month by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has also stated that 50% of the amount claimed by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is already deposited by the petitioners and the receipt in respect of the same is annexed at page No. 37 of the petition.

By an order dated 21.6.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Shantanu S. Kemkar & B.P. Colabawalla, JJ) in Writ Petition No. 6691 of 2017, the respondents are directed to give a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass reasoned order in regard to the petitioner's grievance therein. By the said order, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the amount claimed by the respondents. Accordingly, we pass the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The petitioner shall file a representation before respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) Upon receipt of such representation, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall give a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass an order within four weeks thereof.

(iii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
