Heard. By this Notice of Motion, the Applicant - Petitioner seeks early date of hearing of the Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court by order dated 19.12.2012 had expedited the hearing of the Writ Petition. Hence, the Applicant has filed the present Notice of Motion for fixing a date of hearing. Hence, the following order is passed:

The Registry to place the Writ Petition for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of expedited matters.

b.

Notice of Motion is allowed accordingly.

c.

No order as to costs.
