The award is dated 11 March 2019. This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") seeking interim measures pending the enforcement of the award. It is informed that despite lapse of 120 days, no proceedings have been initiated to challenge the award. Admittedly, the award has become enforceable and it is now open to the petitioners to execute the award. 2.

The petitioners are at liberty to adopt execution proceedings. All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open. 3.
