Mr. Khandeparkar, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner states that the respondents have paid the entire amount due under the consent terms and seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In view of withdrawal of the petition, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay stands discharged without taking accounts. The parties shall equally share and pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from the date on which the Court Receiver intimates the quantum of the costs, charges and expenses to the parties.
