The above Petition was admitted by an order dated 17th March, 2015, when none appeared for the Respondent. The Petitioner has till date not advertised the admission of the Petition as directed by this Court in order dated 17th March, 2015. In the meantime, the Respondent has filed the above Company Application for setting aside the said order for the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support thereto. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has also produced certain documents in support of his contentions. The said documents ought to have been produced before the Court by the Petitioner

I have perused the Affidavit in support of the above Company Application as well as the documents placed before the Court by the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent. The order of admission dated 17th March, 2015 is set aside.

The Respondent to file its Affidavit in Reply on or before 20th April, 2015.

Place the above Company Petition for Admission on 21st April, 2015.
