I have heard Ms. Lalita Raj for the Petitioners. It appears to me that the necessary documents are in order. I have in particular paid attention to the home study report, the declaration from the adopters, the home study report and the health certificates. It only needs to be noted that the child was slightly underweight at birth. However, the proposed adopters are aware of this. 3.

In my view, the Petition should be allowed. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
