By consent of parties, Mr Naushad Engineer, Advocate, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. This Petition, which is under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), shall be converted into an application before the Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Act. The parties will be entitled to file such other and further pleadings in the matter as they may be advised. In the meantime, for a period of three weeks from today, the Respondent shall maintain status-quo in respect of the properties described in the schedule annexed as Exh A to the Petition.
