By order dated 7th July, 2015 we have asked the Petitioner to approach the National Green Tribunal. In view of the said order, nothing survives in the petition. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. It is clarified that in the event any adverse order is passed by the National Green Tribunal, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court.
