Mr Sairam Ganeshan Iyer died intestate on 6th August 2020 in Mumbai, where he was ordinary resident. He was survived by his mother, widow, who was the Petitioner and a minor daughter. The mother has consented. There are no other heirs. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Petition, it is made absolute. 14th June 2021
