Not on board. Taken on board, in view of urgency. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned AGP for respondent nos.1 to 4. According to the petitioner, he had submitted an application dated 4th March 2015 Exhibit "K", before the respondent no.3 for correction in CTS Plan avk 1/3
of property bearing Survey No.696 and 696/1 of Village Pahadi, Building No.25, Shiv Ganga, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon (West). According to him, the said application has not yet been decided by the third respondent, inspite of petitioner's approaching before the respondent no.3 repeatedly. The petitioner has also pointed out that in regard to the aforesaid, the petitioner had also submitted a representation on 1st March 2017 Exhibit "Q" for early decision of the said application.
Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that petition deserves to be disposed of by directing the third respondent to expeditiously consider and take an appropriate decision of the petitioner's aforesaid Exhibit "K" and representation Exhibit "Q" as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the third respondent. Petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 11th May 2017 at 11.00 a.m.
