Heard learned Counsel for the Defendants. None appears for the Plaintiff. Even on the last occasion, i.e. on 18 September 2018, none had appeared for the Plaintiff and the matter was stood over. I am not inclined to grant any further accommodation to the Plaintiff. By a reasoned order passed on 20 April 2012, this court has rejected the ad-interim application of the Plaintiff observing inter alia that the arrangement between the parties, on the basis of which the present suit is filed, cannot prima facie be enforced. Nothing is pointed out to the court why a different view now needs to be taken in the matter. The notice of motion is, accordingly, dismissed. Costs to be costs in the cause.
