Praecipes have been fled on behalf of the Respondents as well as Petitioner for extension of time to decide the Appeal of the Petitioner.

By our order dated 22nd April, 2021, while disposing of the Petition, we had directed that the Appeal of the Petitioner be disposed of by 7th May, 2021 and further directed that during the interregnum the Petitioner may, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, participate in the tenders AKN 1/2

2/2 15.WP.966.2021.doc in which the bids have to be submitted on 23rd April, 2021 and 30th April, 2021.

On the request of learned Counsel for the parties, we extend the time to dispose of the Appeal by a further period of three weeks from today i.e. by 28th May, 2021 4.

We make it clear that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Petitioner may participate in all the tenders in the interregnum i.e. the tenders in which the bids have to be submitted till disposal of the Appeal (apart from the bids which were to be submitted by 23rd April, 2021 and 30th April, 2021) and the said tenders shall not be awarded fnally until the fnal disposal of the Appeal.
