There was an ex parte ad-interim order dated 22nd April 2016. The Defendants have since been served. The Court Receiver has implemented his commission under the order of 22nd April 2016. There is no Affidavit in Reply. The Defendants have not entered appearance.

The ad-interim order is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual costs of this Notice of Motion at the final hearing of the Suit.
