Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

By this Interim Application the Applicant/Petitioner is seeking amendment to the Petition and in the grant of probate as per the schedule at Exhibit C of the Interim Application.

The Applicant has stated that the name of the building "Arunodaya Co-operating Housing Society" requires to be added to the Waghmare 1/2

8.IA.2302.21 in TP.1057.18.doc schedule annexed to the Petition and the name "Kishor Bhaurao Naik Satam" is incorrectly shown in the Petition and the correct name should be "Kishorkumar Bhaurao Naik Satam". The same require to be corrected in the Petition. The corrections also required to be reflected in the grant of probate and accordingly amendment application has been taken out. In view of the averments in the Interim Application and considering the schedule annexed to the Interim Application, the relief sought for in the Interim Application requires to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

i) The Petitioner shall carry out amendment to the Petition and in the grant of probate as per schedule at Exhibit-C to the Interim Application.

ii) Amendment shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

iii) Re-verification is dispensed with.
