The dispute in this petition is related to Annexure-II prepared by the Competent Authority, respondent no.5. It is alleged that the same is based on false, forged and fabricated documents. The petitioner has already preferred an appeal to

Dusane 2/2 wp2172.2015 the High Power Committee Authority vide Application No.196 of 2012, wherein challenge to the Annexure-II is included. In the circumstance, the present petition is not maintainable. The same is accordingly disposed off.
