The Petitioner is seeking demolition of the structures which are illegally constructed by Respondent Nos. 8 & 9. It will not be possible to grant the prayer particularly when the Corporation is a sole authority to issue notices under various provisions of the Corporation Act.

The Assistant Commissioner of K-West Ward is directed to treat this Petition as a representation of the Petitioner and after giving personal hearing to Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 to decide the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from today.
