COMPANY APPLICATION (LODG.) NO. 199 OF 2018 In view of the above order passed, Ms. Kshirsagar for applicant seeks leave to withdraw the company application.

Company Application dismissed as withdrawn.

Notwithstanding disposal of the company application, Ms. Kshirsagar states that within two weeks from today, applicant will remove all office objections and have the application finally numbered. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
