Today, when this matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Parties submit that this Petition may be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Apex Grievance Redressal Cell in regard to the relief claimed in prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Writ Petition. So far as prayer clause 'C' is Megha 1/2

510_wpl_1117_2017.doc concerned, as agreed between the learned counsel for the parties it is directed that till the Petitioner's application No.208 of 2016 pending before the Apex Grievance Redressal Cell is considered and decided the interim protection granted by this Court on 26th April 2017 shall continue.

The Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings /appeal as aforesaid before the Apex Grievance Redressal Cell within a period of 10 days from today. On filing of said appeal, the Apex Grievance Redressal Cell shall club the appeal with the said application No.208 of 2016 and decide both of them within a period of 10 weeks from the date of filing of the proceedings /appeal as aforesaid. 4.

Needless to say that the parties shall not seek unnecessary adjournment and co-operate the Apex Grievance Redressal Cell for disposal of the said matters within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
