This Petition, proposing the adoption of a female minor, Vishakha, born on 27th January 2011, and found abandoned at village Kokalgaon, District Latur on 4th February 2011, has been previously adjourned for production by the Petitioners of documents of proof of residence and proof of property. 15 June 2016

I have before me a scrutiny report dated 19th April 2016 by Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer, ICSW. This is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. Mr. Kapoor submits the necessary documents in a compilation that is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification.

The proposed adopters are Indian nationals who live in Bahrain. They are 40 and 45 years old respectively. They have been married for about eight years. They have no children of their own. The child care arrangement plan, the home study report and financial and medical documents are in order. The child's health is good and without any noted issues.

In view of this the Judge's Order is separately signed. 5.

The Petition is allowed in these terms.
