The counsel appearing for applicant is unable to assist the Court or answer any questions posed by the Court. The matter was called out in the morning session and was kept back in the post lunch session hoping that the counsel will atleast go through the matter and assist the Court. Even when the matter is called out in post lunch session, the counsel states she is not in a position to argue the matter.
