Heard Mr. Gala, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Petition is instituted for seeking Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to hri Jadavji Palan Satia alias Shri Jadavji Palan Shah [for short 'deceased']. He submitted that deceased died at Mumbai on 24th August, 1986, leaving behind heirs and next of kin, details thereof are set out in paragraph 4 of the Petition. One of the heirs Taramati, daughter has become Jain Saint and renounced the world. He has invited my attention to affidavit of service as also public notices issued in Free Press Journal in English Edition and Janbhumi in Gujarati Edition on 29th July, 2017. No response is received in pursuance of that advertisement.

Mr. Gala submitted that rest of the legal representatives have filed consent affidavits giving full and free consent in favour of the petitioner for issuing succession certificate in his favour. He submitted that as far as share of Taramati is concerned, it may be dispensed with.

In view thereof and also for the reasons set out in the Petition, Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (i). Office to proceed.
