DATED :- JULY 10, 2015 P.C. :- Despite filing an affidavit of Khurshid Vazir AhmedPetitioner and seeking to controvert the stand which was taken by the Respondent No. 4, on instructions from the Petitioner, Mr. Giri seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. WP.2211.2014.903.doc to substantiate his case. We have found that a litigant often takes chances by arguing contrary to the contents of the statutory documents. The certificates, which are issued by the statutory authorities, are questioned.

3) Ordinarily we would have not granted such request and proceeded to take action in accordance with law, but finding that the Petitioner's mother was suffering from Cancer and now that she is no more, we accede to the request of Mr. Giri.
