For reasons mentioned therein, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under : (a) " that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order granting leave to the Applicants to join Official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai of the Respondent company in liquidation as a party Defendant in the proposed suit to be filed by the Applicant in the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay for recovery of the sum of Rs.2,14,899/- with interest thereon at the rate of 18% per annum." Application is disposed of.
