When the matter was listed yesterday it was stood over to today to enable the advocate to contact the petitioner again. Yesterday the counsel for the respondent states that they have not even been served a copy of this notice of motion and the counsel for the applicant stated that she had no instructions to serve the respondent.

Today the advocate for the petitioner states that she has again tried to contact the petitioner but the petitioner was not reachable.
