Ms. Chadha, counsel for petitioners states that after the petition was filed, they have been instructed that respondents have stopped using the trademarks of petitioners and therefore, suggests that the petition be accordingly disposed. Ms. Chadha also states that if later petitioners come to know that respondents have once again started infringing plaintiffs'/ petitioners' trademark, liberty be given to petitioners to approach this Court. Petition accordingly stands disposed with the liberty as prayed for.
