This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 554 days in filing the present Income Tax Appeal. We have gone through the Interim Application and also heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/appellant in this regard. Learned Counsel for the RespondentRevenue, Mr. Kumar, states that he does not want to file any objections, but nevertheless opposed the condonation of delay. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and having gone through the application seeking condonation of delay, we are of the Talwalkar 1/2
