Efficacious remedy of preferring an Appeal under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 is available to the Petitioner.

Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is disposed of. All remedies of this Petitioner are kept open. 4.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks a limited interim relief. In view of undertaking of the Petitioner recorded in the order dated 12 July 2017, no such protection can be granted.
