In view of the settlement between the parties, the Review Petition is allowed. The impugned order is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to file. Consent Terms are taken on record in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 3.

Since, we have allowed the Review Petition, the question of disposing of the Review Petition in terms of the Consent Terms does not arise.
