Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the proposed amendment which claims that the structure was demolished on 11th January 2019. The petition is at pre-admission stage. Therefore, the amendment deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
