Heard. Mr Shah states that there is delay of three days in filing the Caveat and the Affidavit in Support. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Summons, the delay is condoned. Caveat and Affidavit in Support have already been lodged with the registry. The registry will proceed to number the Testamentary Petition as a Suit. Mr Shah also confirms that the copies of the Caveat and Affidavit in Support have been served on the Advocate for the Petitioner. 3.

List the Petition once renumbered as a Suit for framing issues and directions as to trial on 19th June 2018. 4.

Chamber Summons No. 56 of 2018 is disposed of in these terms.
