Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of the letter dated 19th October, 2022 addressed by the Municipal Corporation to the petitioner granting approval to the grant of FSI benefit in lieu of land handed over to the Corporation under section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 on 16th May, 2007 subject to two conditions including the condition that the petitioner shall

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the said condition imposed by the Corporation in the said letter dated 19th October, 2022, the petitioner has instructed to withdraw this petition. A copy of the letter dated 19th October, 2022 is taken on record. The statement made by the learned counsel for seeking withdrawal in compliance with the condition imposed by the Municipal Corporation in the letter dated 19th October, 2022 is accepted. 3.

It is made clear that the petition is withdrawn because of the condition imposed by the Municipal Corporation in the said letter dated 19th October, 2022. No order as to costs.
