CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
27th April 2016 PC:- 1.
The minor, Sharvari, was born to unmarried minor mother on 18th May 2014. The mother was an inmate of a Rescue Foundation. The unmarried minor mother was not in position to keep the child with her. Accordingly, the Child Welfare Committee, Thane directed that the care and custody of the minor be with the Petitioner institution Children of the World India Trust, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. There is also a destitution declaration order that 27 April 2016
906-FAP-34-2016.DOC confirms that the birth mother relinquished Sharvari on 25th February 2014. The necessary newspaper advertisements were issued. Sharvari is been declared legally free from adoption. 2.
The adoptive parents are both Italian. The documents including financial documents are in order. I have seen the home study report and child care report and I am satisfied with all these. I may only note that the medical condition of the minor annexed indicates a moderate hearing loss. This may require some attention and possibly the use of a device, if so medically advised. The adoptive parents has countersigned report and accepted this. 3.
Having regard to the home study report and other documents, I am satisfied that the Petition should be allowed. 4.
In view thereof, the Judge's Order is separately signed. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 27 April 2016
