The Petitioner seeks leave to be represented by Petitioner No. 26, Petitioner No. 49 and Petitioner No. 52 and seeks that these be allowed to represent the body of flat purchasers in the project known as Orbit Residency Park at Andheri (East), Mumbai. Leave granted.
