Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioners and the learned senior counsel for the first respondent. The consent minutes of the order are duly signed by the Advocate on record for the petitioners and the Advocate on record for the first respondent. We have perused the consent minutes of the order. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that undertakings of the guardians of the petitioners in terms of clauses 3 and 6 will be filed in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the said statement.

oswpl1087 It is necessary for us to record here that the parties have arrived at mutual arrangement on the suggestion made by this Court and that is why as per the suggestion made by the Court, clause 8 has been incorporated in the consent minutes of the orders.
