The application in support of the four Notices of Motion relates to appeals filed for Assessment Years 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09 from the common order of the Tribunal dated 30th October, 2015.

The delay in filing all these four appeals is of 6 days. We have perused the affidavit-in-support of the notices of motion and are satisfied with the reasons mentioned therein. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
