The counsel for the plaintiffs states that plaintiff No.1 expired and hence the remaining plaintiffs have filed a chamber summons bearing No.468 of 2017 for leave to amend the plaint as per the schedule annexed thereto. The chamber summons is also listed today. Mr.Warerkar for defendant nos.1, 3 and 4 states that his clients have no objection if the chamber summons is allowed subject to leave being granted to file additional written statement raising all points.
