By consent, there will be an order in terms of prayer clause (a). Costs of the Receiver will be borne by the Plaintiffs group and the Defendants group, which excludes Defendant No. 4. 2.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.

The Court Receiver, after taking possession, will inspect the premises and make a Report as to who is found in occupation of 19th April 2018

Each of the occupants are directed to deliver to the Receiver copies of such documents as are in their power or possession evidencing their right, if any, to occupy the portions that are in their possession. If there are any persons who do not have such documentation, the Receiver will specially note this. The Receiver will then place his report before the Court. 4.
