P.C. :

1. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the Interim Application seeks leave to amend, there is no schedule annexed. He submits that only three corrections are to be made as per prayer clause (a) although the prayer incorporates part of the cause title viz. change in the first names of the defendant nos.1 &

2. He further submits that in the suit, prayer clause (b) inadvertently uses the word "assistant" and that should be replaced with the words "suit flat". Mr. Shetye has no objection to Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

the amendment being allowed.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order;

(i) In the cause title of the plaint and in all proceedings, the name "Nandani" shall be replaced with "Nandini". The name of defendant no.2 "Harsha" shall be replaced by "Harshal" and in the prayer clause (b) of the suit, word "assistant" shall be replaced by "suit flat".

(ii) Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(iii) Mr. Shetye waives service of amended copy of the plaint. (iv) Reply, if any, in IA no.794 of 2021 to be filed on or before rd September, 2021.

(v) IA no.985 of 2021 is disposed in the above terms. (vi) Rejoinder to be filed by 29 th September, 2021.

(vii) S.O. to 5 th October, 2021.
