We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.2. The reliefs sought by the petitioner are against the respondent no.1 i.e. Association of Indian Management School. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the respondent no.1 is not public undertaking or other authority within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. 12.

In our view, the writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed on the ground of maintainability. There shall be no order as to costs.
