Stand over to 16 June, 2022 (H.O.B.) as the learned counsel for the parties including Mr. Dwarkadas, learned senior counsel for Vistra ITCL (India) Ltd., Debenture Trustee and BPEA India Investments who are not the parties to the proceedings, state that an attempt can be made to convene a meeting with the purchasers. If that be so and if there is an intention on the part of the parties to make an attempt to resolve the disputes, certainly the proceedings of this review petition can be deferred.

Learned counsel for the review petitioners states that the petitioners would take the lead and convene a meeting with the purchasers and the other interested parties.
