DATED : 5TH MAY, 2015 P.C. :- We have passed an order in the case of the very same assessee for the assessment year 2007-08 today i.e. 5th May, 2015 in Writ Petition (L) No.1044 of 2015 and for the reasons recorded in that order, this writ petition succeeds. Barring the difference in the Assessment year and the figures of the disallowances, everything else is common and even the arguments are similar.
