Mr. Kamat states that the entire claim of plaintiff, as per the consent terms dated 2nd May 2019, copy whereof is at Exhibit ' A' to the contempt petition, has been paid. Mr. Kamat seeks leave to withdraw the suit itself, though the suit is not listed today. By consent, the suit is taken up for hearing. Suit dismissed as withdrawn. Refund, if any, of court fees in accordance with rules.

As regards the contempt petition, Mr. Kamat states that they do not wish to pursue the contempt petition but at the same time, states that the contempt is between the Court and the contemnors and the petition also has been admitted. Mr. Reis states that an affidavit in reply will be filed and copy served by 23rd January 2020.
